The Val Verde Extended Learning Program is a series of afterschool and summer enrichment programs offered by the Val Verde Unified School District for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. These programs aim to develop students' academic, social, and emotional needs through activities like hands-on STEM and art, tutoring, sports, and other clubs, and are designed to be student-centered, results-driven, and complement the regular school day. The program is funded by the state's Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO Program) and provides a safe and enriching environment for students outside of regular school hours.
